People Solutions Specialist: Employment Marketing (d/f/m) - Airbus - Hamburg
Aufgaben:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as People Solutions Specialist: Employment Marketing.
- Designing and implementing Satairs global employment marketing strategy to enhance employer branding
- Driving content creation for Satairs internal career site and external social media platforms, based on thorough market research
- Co-leading global employment marketing activities in collaboration with another specialist from the team to ensure a unified approach and alignment with company goals
- Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Data Analysts to develop evidence-based and targeted communication strategies
- Contributing to internal communication activities in partnership with the Marketing Communications (MarCom) department to ensure streamlined and effective messaging
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing the procurement process for employment marketing-related services, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of activities
- Engaging into internal and external marketing and recruitment activities
- Managing employment marketing campaigns that resonate with a global and diverse audience, using data-driven insights to optimise effectiveness
- Supporting talent acquisition by ensuring that Satairs employment marketing materials reflect the brands values and culture
- Contributing to Satair Transformation projects on People experience related subjects
Qualifikationen:
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time
- A high level of sense of responsibility, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels and to maintain business relationships
- Communication Sciences, at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business Administration, at least Bachelor's degree
- Marketing at least 3 years
- Experience in personnel marketing, HR communication or related areas (3-5 years)
- Knowledge of content management systems and social media platforms (Linkedin) is mandatory
- Knowledge of market research, surveys and data analysis as a basis for marketing strategies is mandatory
- Project management at least basic knowledge
Language skills:
- German at least business fluent
- English at least business fluent
