Payroll Associate

- Coordinate monthly payroll for a workforce of 80+ people located in Germany, France, Netherlands, and Ireland with external payroll solution providers - Manage payroll-related on- and off-boarding - Collaborate with our tax consultant and accounting company to ensure correct and on-time execution of payroll payments and reporting requirements - Provide first level support of all payroll related questions for employees of applicable countries - Collaborate closely with our global finance, accounting, and HR departments on all topics regarding global payroll (salary adjustments, bonus payments, reporting, etc.) - Assist with tasks overlapping with payroll (benefits, social security, company pension, etc.) - Assist team with preparing and checking travel expense reports based on internal policies and external accounting accuracy
