- Your Tasks
- - Work directly with the founders, supporting management and employees with administrative tasks.
- - Assist with finance-related tasks, handling for example payment transactions and invoicing.
- - Ensure efficient office operations at our headquarters in Freiburg im Breisgau.
- - Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- - Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Skills & Experiences
- - Organisational talent with strong attention to detail.
- - Familiarity with the responsibilities, systems, and procedures in office administration.
- - Experience in financial administration including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and receipt management.
- Proficient in accounting software and digital bookkeeping systems (e.g., SevDesk, DATEV, Lexware).
- Strong background in handling day-to-day financial operations and documentation.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (Native speaker) and English (B1-Level).
- - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- - Perseverance and assertiveness paired with valuing and supportive attitude.
- - Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
