Logistic Support Analysis Engineer (f/m/d)
Aufgaben:
- Define and coordinate collaboration with Engineering in the early development phase, to understand both the planned design and the impact on S&S performance and positively influence the design accordingly
- Provide maintenance requirements utilizing experience and technical expertise expertise and review the design against customer expectations
- Develop cost effective maintenance programs in accordance with regulations to ensure type certification
- Ensuring regular revision of the maintenance program taking into account operating experience and contributing to the reduction of direct maintenance costs
- Carrying out the LSA analysis, in particular LORA (Level of Repair Analysis) and MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis)
- Definition of technical criteria for maintenance tasks and proposal of optimized process guidelines
- Definition and proposal of an optimized spare parts list based on a compromise between technical between technical, economic and experience-based criteria.
- Coordination of the interface to the illustrated parts catalog (IPC)
- Ensuring end-to-end traceability from the source document to the IPC delivery in order to guarantee the certification objectives and requirements
- Ensure that the various required information is well exchanged and coordinated with the various various ILS stakeholders (including ILS team, TechData team,
- Training & Simulation and IPL team)
- Contribute to the further development and transformation of the LSA role through the introduction of new methods (e.g. 3000L), digitization programs (DDMS) and 3D software.
Qualifikationen:
- Experience in Logistic Support Analysis and application of associated standards (MIL STD 1388-2B / S3000L) and analyses (LORA, MTI, MTA,
)
- Engineering and technical background University degree in technical domain related to maintainability of mechanical or electrical systems
- Knowledge of other norms (1000D, 2000M) and of the Aircraft Manual General knowledge of helicopters and associated systems
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and German would be a plus
