IT Infrastructure Engineer (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Support and maintain server infrastructure, including system efficiency improvements. Analyze infrastructure, security services, and networks; take ownership of systems. Administer servers (Proxy Servers, Firewalls, Windows, and Red Hat). Handle email security, web communication security, and file transfer security. Assess the security of the existing environment. Stay informed about current and future information security threats and challenges. Provide high-quality, responsive, and consistent resolutions to IT incidents. Collaborate closely with other operations teams and vendors to ensure a coordinated approach to infrastructure support; participate in regular service reviews. Oversee and manage the infrastructure support queue, ensuring all tickets are resolved/fulfilled within SLA, and customer satisfaction targets and other KPIs are met. Provide periodic reporting and management information on infrastructure performance and operational KPIs. Support operations in their patching schedules, acting as an escalation point. Produce technical documentation and manage technical migrations. Ensure Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery. Qualifications:
