To expand our team in Europe, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IPD (Industry product and technology director) to lead product management, technology insights and analysis, customer training and communication and project support within the LED display industry.
Aufgaben:
- Conduct customer visits and meetings all over UK&Europe to understand their demands and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest market trends and competitor activities, regularly conducting market and competitive analyses to keep the company ahead.
- Analysis of customer and market needs, conveying requirements to the R&D and product teams, and participating in developing product portfolio and making solutions.
- Organize and deliver product training sessions to both internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide direct support through customer visits, including product demonstrations and competitive shootouts.
- Travel to headquarters to engage with teams in product and technology discussions.
- Develop and expand the ecosystem within the LED rental and staging industry, fostering key relationships and partnerships.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, etc. Making product and technology speeches on behalf of the company and leading communication with eco-partners for any solutions needed for those activities.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.
- More than 5 years of experience in industrial product management, project management, or a similar role, within the LED display or related technology industries.
- Highly effective, project management and communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent client orientation, with a strong focus on user experience and product satisfaction.
- Ability to work in and maintain performance expectation in high-pressure environment.
- Open to frequent business trips as required.
