HR Intern International Project Management (f/m/d)
Aufgaben:
- Starting April 1st 2025, are looking for you as an HR Intern International Project Management (f/m/d) for 6-12 months for our office in Berlin.
- Your tasks:
- Get to know our business of international mobility services and experience corporate as well as start-up culture in one company
- Support in planning, executing, and closing international railway projects with focus on HR topics under the guidance of the HR Project Manager
- Support the development and implementation of project plans, timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as external and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and suggest solutions, assist in the development and improvement of HR processes and workflows
- Contribute to the creation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support in developing HR products and strategies (i.e. workforce plans, training plans, organization charts, cost mapping, business plans)
- Perform administrative tasks and support various HR topics as needed
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelors or Master's program, preferably in technical/engineering studies
- You have excellent interpersonal and intercultural competences
- You are able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic understanding of Project Management Principles would be a plus
- You have a very good understanding of complex processes, an affinity for numbers, and excellent analytical skills
- You are proactive and have a structured style of work
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1) is a requirement
