Working Student - Global HR Office (f/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Support and drive HR-internal team communication, engagement and development activities, globally as well as locally
Maintain and enhance internal HR communication channels, such as monthly team meetings and digital team communications
Support the preparation of internal and external meeting materials
Support in various day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks and requests concerning the Global HR Office
Align with different internal stakeholders within and outside the HR function
Das bringen Sie mit:
Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment
Fluency in English (written and spoken); German not required
Creative spirit and very good knowledge of digital communication and collaboration tools and platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Slido and other)
Proficient in using the entire MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of intercultural sensitivity to work in an international and highly dynamic environment
High integrity and ability to handle and protect confidential data
