Customer Care Representative (m,f) German remote
Support end users with queries around e-commerce using various channels (inbound calls, chats, e-mails)
Create long term relations with customers
Build a connection with and provide exceptional service to the customers
Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly with a human touch
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand.
Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (at least B2 level). Fluent in English (at least B1 level)
Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all times
Computer savvy with basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, chat, e-mail)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving oriented
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
Able to cover morning and afternoon shift rotation
Remote work model, need to have a minimum internet speed of 20MBPS
