Cryo Program Manager (m/f/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Ownership and accountability of all Cryogenics and vacuum systems from quote to installation and acceptance
- Vision for growing the Cryogenics and vacuum business and execute
- Project manager for each Cryogenics and vacuum station delivery
- Driving engineering project roadmaps and execution
- Directly manages a team of engineers and marketing staff required for driving and developing Cryogenics and vacuum systems to the market
- Indirectly coordinates operations including Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Test Field
- Plans for Service and Operations for installation schedules
- Owns the P&L and business growth for the Cryogenics and vacuum market
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Successfully completed studies in business or engineering
- Skilled in leadership, project management and owning a P&L responsibility
- 5+ years of managing teams or complex projects
- Experience of probe stations or cryogenic systems would be a plus
- Excellent understanding of business practices
- Communicative personality with a willingness to travel internationally, very good presentation and negotiation skills, flexibility, intercultural skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Business fluent in German and English
