Aufgaben:
- Provide post-market R&D support for audio processors & accessories and ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA and ISO 13485
- Drive product and supplier changes within change control, incl. obsolescence management, alternative part qualification, and V&V planning and implementation
- Maintain risk management and design documentation (risk files, tech docs, traceability) to ensure audit readiness
- Contribute actively to the quality system, driving continuous improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally and feed post-market learnings into product improvements and change decisions
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Engineering or equivalent education
- High level of reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges
- Strong self-organization, resilience, and initiative, paired with a conscientious and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage
