WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You will support our HR Team in managing and coordinating European recruiting processes
- You will be involved in all steps of the recruitment process, such as creating job ads, selecting candidates and managing applicants
- You will also support the active search for suitable candidates
- You support the onboarding process by helping new employees to settle into the organization
- Participate/support in employeer branding activities
- If required, you also provide support in other departmental areas or work actively on HR & recruitment projects
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are enrolled at a university and are studying with a focus on economics (business administration, economics, etc.), ideally with a focus on human resources
- You have a keen interest in HR topics and ideally already have some initial professional experience in HR
- You have a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an international context
- You have a very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- You have good knowledge of the MS Office package
