You will support our Service Manager in controlling the supplier performance and draft out concepts for IT operations Explore innovative technologies with external providers and local departments Furthermore, you will support in the maintenance of project tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA and Planview In addition, you will help with the preparation of meetings, presentations, and minutes Even more: you will assist in the creation and maintenance of cost tracking in cooperation with the controlling department Your exciting tasks will also include project release management and preparing decisions on the production launch It's obvious that you will support us in administrative and organisational tasks
