Ihre Aufgaben:
- Administrative tasks like picking up incoming complaints from our shipping department, data entry in database, organization of first steps according customer return flow
- Initial failure analysis steps on customer returns like visual inspection with microscope and automated electrical measurement of ICs
- Support in report generation
- Simple communication with customers
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Enrolled Student in Electronic Engineering or comparable field of study
- Interest in Electronics or Physics
- Experienced handling of the MS Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Good German and English skills in word and writing
