User Experience Design (UXD) - Specialist Professional

You will design innovative user interfaces for web and mobile and PC based applications in collaboration with an agile development team, this contains: As an expert in your field, you are developing an end-to-end Design System by User Interface and User experience. You also plan and implement user research strategies and establish design standards accompanying the design system for scalability, efficiency, and consistency. Further, you evaluate and improve usability and accessibility of software solution and its components and be a champion for the user. In this position you work with software development teamsby providing clear feedback on usage, conventions, and patterns. You analyze data and convert it to actions items that can be clearly prioritize. Finally, you showcase UI/UX concept developments and results.
