Training Manager, Clinical Product Education (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
  • Manage the planning and execution of training programs for professionals using MED-EL´s technology, emphasizing clinical procedures and concepts
  • Collaborate with the team members and key stakeholders to align training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and strategies, and that training objectives are set and delivered effectively to meet customer expectations
  • Build expertise in all competitive hearing implant systems and demonstrate a deep understanding of MED-EL's product portfolio and complex clinical concepts
  • Develop and update documents, reports, presentations, and training materials, ensuring they comply with all regulatory and company guidelines
  • Determine training requirements, identify ways for ongoing improvement, and advance the impact and effectiveness of training and competency development
Qualifikationen:
  • Masters' degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Audiology or a comparable scientific discipline (such as Biomedical Engineering), with relevant hands-on clinical experience in hearing implants
  • Proven clinical experience in hearing implants, with a dedication to staying informed about the latest developments and a strong passion for educating other professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex clinical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Excellent presentation skills and excellent English language proficiency are required; additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, French) are considered a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with effective planning, organizational, and time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player, are necessary
