Cognizant is looking for a Test Lead, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including the chance to join a thriving company.To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
o Help to identify the most critical business processes and create robust automated tests to expose any deviation from expected behaviour
o Set up lights-out execution that typically invokes an array of virtual servers to execute regression testing suites overnight
o Investigate and identify the cause of any failures
To apply for this Test Lead role, you will need 5+ years of experience in designing, writing and executing test automation scripts. You will also require the following:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, good client focus
o Team player with proven ability to work independently and solve problems
o Familiarity with test automation tools such as Tosca, WorkSoft, UFT, and Leapwork
o Work experience with Selenium, MS Azure DevOps Test and Azure DevTest Labs along with Java, C#
