If you're a visionary leader with a passion for problem-solving and a track record of inspiring top-tier performance, we invite you to join an established team on this exciting journey to redefine industry standards. - You are part of the leadership team together with the Managing Director / PO and the frontend teamlead. - You conceptualize the overall technical architecture, consisting of backend, database, caches etc. and drive technical discussions with the different stakeholders. - Your team and you develop the backend for an entirely new product within a greenfield approach. - You take responsibility and ownership for the product and features your team creates and collaborate closely with product management. - You ensure well-structured, reusable, and documented code, design automated release processes (CI/CD) and emphasize automated testing to ensure robustness and high quality of the product. - You take responsibility for your team, recruit, and coach your team members to shape a high-performance team.
