Systems Engineer Electronics (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

As a part of the team of the electronics department at OHB you will be responsible for the technical management of our external suppliers and the coordination of the technical work of the design engineers. Our electronic units are controlling high precision motors, actively reducing vibrations, processing high-resolution image data and sensor signals and more. If you want to prove, that your design meets the most challenging performance requirements while operating for many years in harsh environment in space, then you should join our team. - Technical management of external suppliers - Review of technical documentation provided by suppliers and support of subcontractor reviews - Requirements engineering and planning of requirements verification - Definition of the electrical architecture of satellites or payloads - Coordination of the work of a team of engineers responsible for harness design, EMC, electronics design, EEE-engineering - Manage key budgets e. g. power, discrete interfaces, data rates, bus loads - Management and harmonization of electrical interfaces between separate units
