Ihre Aufgaben:
*You will identify skill gaps within the organization as well as individual people *You will create and support leaders by creating people development plans in accordance to their strength as well as the needs of the organization *You will be responsible for smart Onboarding and Internship Program *You will be responsible for developing and implementing further cultural and learning initiatives and programs *You will be responsible to establish a digital learning program within smart which supports the employee in their learning needs *You will be responsible for improvement and further development of SAP SF Performance Management Modul *You will be responsible to support and or lead different cultural or digitization projects *You will be responsible for administration of our training budget and the reporting of our development measures *You will support in Performance evaluation of employees as well as target reviews during and at the end of each year *You will support in creation of a culture of learning *You will support in leadership program organization and execution
Das bringen Sie mit:
*You have at least bachelor degree in business administration or any related study *You have strong business partnership experience; ability to successfully collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. *You posess strong organizational skills, with experience juggling multiple deadlines, quick turnarounds and working in a fast-paced environment. *You acquire knowledge of course development software overall, learning theories, instructional design and at least one Learning Management System. *You have experience with facilitating virtual training. *You have experience in Project Management *You posess initial knowldge about culture establishment *You are fluent English and German
