Service Management Analyst (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
- Close collaboration with the Business Service Owner
- Responsibility for the purchases and invoice handling which includes the creation of reports and analytics which generate insights and support the decision making of the Leadership team
- Working with the IT Business Service Scorecard to analyze Service Level fulfillment
- Build up a root cause analysis dashboard in order to identify and initiate actions to maintain agreed service levels
- Support Budget- and Forecast process in conjunction with the Business Service Controller
- Access handling of consultants supporting DM and creating a dashboard which gives the needed transparency
Qualifikationen:
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Service orientated, business benefit and value driven.
- Have an appetite for sharing experience and knowledge to develop competencies within IT colleagues.
- Master's-Bachelor degree or similar in a relevant area and working experience
- Analytical thinking and data driven with Finance background.
- Fast learner, logical understanding and motivation to work in a challenging surrounding.
- Independent way of working, self-confident appearance at times on management level
- Knowledge in Power BI, Robotic Process Automatization (RPA), Microsoft Power Platform
- Confident in using MS Office applications PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and Sharepoint
- Profound English knowledge
- Ability to work proactively with limited supervision.
