Senior Excellence Controller (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Your main task is to monitor the performance and identify optimization potential within the financial area of the Business Unit Forged Technologies (BU FT) and our worldwide plants
You show initiative to communicate results and recommendations for action to management
You are leading various projects on a worldwide scale such as further automation of our internal reporting or the definition of new key performance indicators for the management of the BU
You are processing ad-hoc enquiries and analyses for the department head, the BU Executive Board or thyssenkrupp AG
You analyze, benchmark, improve and harmonize global processes
You support our international plants, partially on site (e.g. in Controlling, Monthly Closing, Interim Management)
Qualifikationen:
You have a degree in the field of finance, economics, industrial engineering or business informatics
You are a professional with multi-year experience in a consulting or auditing company (e.g. Big Four) OR
Multi-year professional experience in a similar role in a preferably manufacturing enterprise
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English as you are working in an international team
You convince with strong communication skills at various hierarchical levels and with different stakeholders
You show flexibility and ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
You have strong implementation skills and team-oriented work
Your skill set includes confident use of controlling tools and ERP systems, MS Office as well as knowledge of IFRS
