Sales Manager for Exporting FMCG Products (Area: Vietnam)
- Identify and prioritize potential customers and markets for our FMCG products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on exporting FMCG products.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and closing sales deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing network of customers and contacts in international markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
