Sales Account Manager (all genders)

- To establish and develop our growing Aero Distribution position mainly within Germany and Eastern Europe and additional countries to be defined. - Assistance to the Sales Director with establishing Sales Action Plans. - You are responsible for the Account Management and the business development for the HFS Aero Customers range from OEM, MRO, Airlines and OEM subcontractors type 1, 2 and 3. - Develop a targeted and strategic customer potential analysis. - You will independently and proactively follow up on proposals. - You will be involved in the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies, combined with regular market and competitive intelligence. - Identify and evaluate market trends and customer needs. - Provide advice and support to key accounts.
