Aufgaben:
  • General support: Providing comprehensive assistance to the Böblingen R&D lab, including support for managers and engineers.
  • Procurement and logistics: Placing requisition and purchase orders (PO) for R&D material and equipment, Communication with suppliers regarding the open PO's, Preparation of shipping papers for outgoing shipments.
  • Office and travel management: Ordering office supplies, Organization of international travels, and reparation and application for visas.
  • Documentation and reporting: Preparation of regular reports, Generation of presentation materials, documents.
  • General administration: Handling standard secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Employee and team support: Support of visiting international employees and collaborating with Co-operation with other assistants and R&D colleagues.
Qualifikationen:
  • Completed vocational training in an office-related field.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organizational skills: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and structure tasks effectively.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication across all organizational levels, with adaptability to multicultural environments.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and handle an "interrupt-driven" work atmosphere.
  • Team-oriented: Comfortable working in a team and contributing actively.
  • Flexibility and multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, setting priorities, and adapting to changes quickly
