- Leading the development of control software for satellites and an associated satellite simulator - Coordinating and motivating an interdisciplinary team of developers and engineers - Close cooperation with our customer, the European Space Agency (ESA) - Ensuring an on-time implementation of the project while maintaining the highest quality standards - Communicating with all stakeholders and regularly presenting the progress of the project#### Functie-eisen - Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in project management of software projects, ideally in the field of space or satellite technology Knowledge in the development of control software and simulation tools is an advantage - Excellent project management skills, certificate according to IPMA or PMI is an advantage - Excellent communication skills in German and English - Strong assertiveness paired with high social competence
