Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

- Ensure timely placement and delivery of purchase orders according to contractual requirements - Coordinate Kick-Off Meetings and manage the expediting processes with suppliers - Monitor progress reports, delivery schedules, and production plans from suppliers - Support the Engineering and Quality departments in the release of documentation and manufacturing clearances - Conduct supplier visits and production inspections to verify manufacturing status - Identify risks and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to ensure on-time delivery - Record goods receipts in the SAP system and ensure accurate data for on-time delivery - Provide feedback on supplier performance to the Sourcing team and Commodity Leaders
