Your Skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Master's, or Bachelor of Engineering) or similar
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical system development and design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Good German Skills are a big plus
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mentality, and structured problem-solving approach
- Self-motivated, flexible, and resilient personality
Your Tasks
- Oversee and develop complex mechanical assemblies and systems, like fire protection systems, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling water, and treatment systems
- Support the design and optimization of mechanical control systems
- Conduct technical coordination and negotiations with customers, suppliers, and authorities in collaboration with the procurement team
- Provide technical guidance to designers and technical draftsmen
- Supervise trainees and interns in your field
