Master Data Management (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- Acting as first level support for issues reported by the business
- Proactively identifying potential issues in the execution of business processes related to master data
- Support the business with crucial mass changes
- Resolving data related issues
- Following up on the resolution of Incidents (e.g. keeping the customer informed)
- participate in projects and integrations (e.g. integration of new acquisitions etc.) and support the required system and data integration activities
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics and first working experience in Master Data Management / Governance, IT, Supply Chain
- Experience in a similar role (no graduates with zero experience outside of their time of studies)
- Business Process Management / Master Data Management skills: work in close collaboration with internal IT functions and service providers to implement & test changes and enhancements
- Provide user training related to system changes
- Work in close collaboration with other functions within Roche to manage the dependencies between systems, processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Analyze issues and support root cause analysis as well as issue resolution
- Project Management
- SAP experience
- Fluent in English is mandatory
