job description:
- Anticipating recurrent training needs from the business by using existing data and by organising a regular exchange in a Multi-Functional Team
- Understanding the learning priorities linked to the business context
- Capturing business constraints, specific timelines for deployment
- Assessing deployment feasibility of learning projects with business
- Analysing new requests and already existing learning offers
- Organizing new learning capacity if needed together with the appropriate stakeholders
- Providing visibility on deployment progress through relevant KPIs for the business
- Leading the session planning for the learning catalogue domain you are responsible for
- Identifying opportunities to optimize the session fill rate
- Ensuring the on-time session creation and delivery by Airbus Master Service Provider
- Identifying roadblocks for capacity creation and/or deployment and facilitating problem solving with all relevant stakeholders (Learning Development Partner, providers, business)
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects
personal requirements:
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time, to coordinate work processes efficiently and to achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels and to maintain business relationships
- A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness in order to represent the respective interests well
education / studies:
- Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business Administration at least Bachelor's degree or
- Economics at least Bachelor's degree
IT:
- MS-Excel mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
- MS-Office mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis
- MS-Power Point mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis
- Google Workspace
further skills:
- Kenntnisse im Management von Subunternehmern von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Planung, Überwachung und Budgetverwaltung wäre wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in Lern- und/oder HR-Prozessen wäre wünschenswert
