Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into our iOS applications
Lead and mentor a team of software developers remote, providing guidance and support in achieving project goals
Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes related to software development
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
Implement and enforce coding standards, ensuring the reliability and performance of iOS applications
Identify and address technical challenges, proposing effective and scalable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Your profile
Studied in Computer Science or in a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience as an iOS application developer
Proficient in Objective-C and Swift
In-depth knowledge of iOS back-end services
Working knowledge of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines
Working knowledge of Git, REST API
For security issues, work is only possible onsite in our office in Aachen
