Aufgaben:
- We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) for the Supply Chain Management - Project Management Office department, as part of a mandatory internship for at least 6 months at our location in Schwalbach am Taunus (near Frankfurt am Main) as soon as possible .
- Follow-Up and Task Management : Track project milestones, follow up with work package owners, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Documentation : Assist the Project in creating, maintaining and further developing project documentation, including status reports to ensure Audit readyness.
- Communication Support : Support developing of communication concepts, prepare presentations, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- General support of PMO activities : Gather and analyze relevant data, derive solutions that support the project team to ensure project success and subsequent hand over into newly developed organization.
Qualifikationen:
- Advanced studies in the field of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or comparable courses of study
- Experience in Project Management preferred
- Working Experience in an international company preferred
- Expert knowledge of MS Office-programs
- Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken
- Analytical thinking and independent working
- Planning & organizational skills
- Masters degree preferred, someone who is able to drive change, push work packages and is not afraid to formulate challenging requests.
