intern (m/f/div), full-time (38.7 h/week) for 3 months
Aufgaben:
  • For a research project on «Housing Affordability» at the earliest possible date.
  • The intern will be involved in a new and highly policy-relevant project on the German housing market. Task involve data gathering and synchronization, theory building, and empirical testing, and can be adjusted to the candidates interests and abilities.
Qualifikationen:
  • holds a Bachelor's degree in economics
  • is interested in housing markets and their relation with a wider economy
  • is motivated and proactive when it comes to the advancement of the project, works independently and can perform tasks responsibly and reliably
  • has very good English language skills. German language skills are not required but very beneficial
  • has worked with data before and is in good command of statistical software (preferably STATA, though R or Python are also acceptable)
