Energy Test Engineer Support (f­­/­­m­­/­­d) for Aviation

- Plan and coordinate testing of battery systems, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and integration engineers, particularly in battery development - Design test strategies and set up test spaces, focusing on compliance with standards like CS-23, DO-160, and DO-311 - Oversee documentation processes to support certification, including detailed reporting and analysis to drive certification progress - Conduct theoretical analysis of test data, interpreting results to provide critical feedback for design modifications, process improvements, and software bug fixes - Develop testing protocols for electrical, thermal, mechanical, and environmental performance, including abuse testing scenarios - Manage documentation for test planning, execution, and outcomes to ensure traceability and support certification requirements - Collaborate with production planning teams to refine end-of-line test setups based on theoretical findings - Engage with BMS systems and test bench software for data analysis and reporting
