Your Skills
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma, Master's or Bachelor's) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in the offshore or maritime sector
- Solid CAD skills and experience in technical planning and design
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient German Skills are a big plus
- A communicative and team-oriented personality with the ability to work independently and find solutions
- High flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
Your Tasks
- Managing and overseeing complex subassemblies in various systems such as automation, power generation, and power distribution
- Technical management of demanding construction tasks and control systems
- Collaboration with procurement and technical negotiation and coordination with clients, suppliers, and authorities
- Supervising and mentoring designers and technical draftsmen
- Supporting apprentices and interns in their work environment
