Aufgaben:
- You will support our team in the creation of quality assurance agreements «QAA» and the preparation of supplier meetings
- In addition, you will compile and archive the necessary qualification documents for active ingredients and packaging materials and maintain them in SharePoints
- You will support the global Quality Managers in supplier management issues
- In addition, you will support global QAA status queries at all Fresenius Kabi production sites and transfer the data to the QAA status recording system
- You will also be involved in the creation of work instructions, preparation of presentations, administration, maintenance and updating of the QAA status recording system
Qualifikationen:
- Currently studying full-time in the natural sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy or similar)
- Careful and structured way of working
- Open and dynamic nature
- Good MS Office and SharePoint skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills
