Time and Attendance Administrator
Aufgaben:
- In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Liaising with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to drive process resolution, aid understanding, and resolve complex time & attendance queries.
- Providing quality checks and audits of the Time & Attendance system, to ensure accuracy of reports for payroll, and managers.
- Monthly and ad-hoc training and support to all stakeholders using the Time & Attendance system.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures in DMS.
- Creating, maintaining and updating training documentation for employees / managers.
- Maintaining SharePoint sites to provide most up to date information.
- Involvement on Continuous Improvement projects (6S, VST, 7 Step).
- Applies relevant knowledge and resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively within the Time & Attendance system.
- Data Administration: Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by regularly validating and complying with regulations.
- Effective Communication: Develops tailored strategies to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Training Delivery: Engages learners through instruction that adapts to individual and group needs.
- Troubleshooting and Practical Application: Facilitates the acquisition of applicable knowledge and skills while effectively resolving issues using available resources.
Qualifikationen:
- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Fluent in both English and German (written & spoken).
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages(Specifically Microsoft Excel).
- Experience of Time & Attendance system(s) & Customer Service Experience.
