Currently in the final year of a Master's or PhD program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, with plans to complete the studies with a thesis and practical experience on ESG related reporting. Understanding of ESG regulations, i.e. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ISSB standards & TCFD framework Willingness and excitement to roll-out ESG reporting at Birkenstock and learn from our team of ESG experts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, provide actionable insights, and communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Fluent English is required.
