· University or university of applied sciences degree in the field of ship technology · Practical experience in the operation of engines of ships, ideally experience in ship management · A service-oriented manner, flexible adaption to changing circumstances and actively pushing ideas for optimizing ship operations as well as energy efficiency · Profound knowledge of national and international safety rules and regulations · Team spirit, respect in dealing with others and curiosity about new challenges · Very good knowledge of English and confident use of the common MS Office products · Willingness to travel and eager to visit the vessels assigned, on a regular basis
