The jobholder works as a Systems Engineer for AIS/PLS and Computer Integration (f/m/d) and the tasks and responsibilities are: - Responsible Development for Automatic Identification System (AIS) and Personal Locator System (PLS) - Ability to manage development of an AIS and PLS System, Sub-system and equipment including Systems Architecture provided by an external Supplier - General Purpose embedded computer development responsible - Specify considering the following factors: Safety, Quality, Systems Performance, Cost, Environmental, Operational and Industrial Requirements - Monitor, review and validate Supplier deliverables - Ability to manage together with the supplier and other Airbus Stakeholders: Requirements (including all the chain from functionalities to installation and certification) Installation and integration of the equipment including HW/SW integration tests definition Performance validation of the sensor
