- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and similar) and/or Business Administration Degree. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain or technical project management roles. - Ideally knowledge in the field ofcomponent production. - Excellent communications and leadership maturity. Ability to build trust and consensus and secure commitment from all team members.
