Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- *Facilitating the agile transformation of large-scale teams, focusing on agile methodologies, values, and principles.
- *Leading all agile events such as retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure seamless communication and progress.
- *Enhancing collaboration not only within the scrum team, but also across the broader scaled framework and entire organization.
- *Spearheading the continuous development and improvement of the scrum team to reach new levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
- *Managing stakeholders effectively and maintaining key performance indicators to track and showcase progress.
Qualifikationen:
- *Master's degree and minimum of 5 years' experience as certified Scrum Master (ScmS) in embedded software development environment.
- *Technical understanding and experience in the automotive industry are beneficial.
- *Knowledgeable in implementing scaled agile models such as LeSS, SAFe.
- *Excellent communication and moderation skills.
- *Fluent in both English and German languages.
- *Demonstrates a future-oriented mindset, always looking ahead to the next innovation.
