The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that larger battery storage «turnkey» projects provided by Tesla Energy are procured, built and commissioned to a high degree of quality and in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner. The Project Manager provides support to the Business and Engineering team during the costing and specification phase and leads the appointment and management of contractors once projects are signed. The PM is then responsible for managing sites and contractors during the construction and commission phases. Experience of delivering and managing commercial / industrial electrical installations is required to perform this role. As well as possessing solid electrical engineering knowledge and the ability to determine the quality of a contractor's work, this role also requires a strong understanding Health and Safety management. Relevant work experience, including significant first-hand experience of: selecting, procuring and managing contractors; management of high value commercial and industrial electrical projects Experience of managing Health and Safety Relevant H&S qualifications Knowledge of local codes and regulations An ability to prioritize and execute many tasks in parallel Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce clear and concise written documents Professional fluency in English and French is requiredIn addition the following knowledge or experience would be highly beneficial: Experience of working with DNOs and facilitating grid connections Electrical Inspection and Test Working with MV/HV
