Aufgaben:
The position is a hybrid role between sales and back office. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, including technical and commercial negotiations, as well as organizing deliveries and inspections on-site. Your tasks include: - Managing sales and building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers - Identifying business opportunities and establishing contact with new customers and suppliers - Providing technical product information and promoting products to potential customers - Regular business trips to customers in Germany and Europe (1-2 times per month) - Effectively reporting to management, both verbally and in writing - Coordinating with the internal administration department to carry out the necessary internal procedures for sales activities
Qualifikationen:
- Completed University degree or vocational training - First sales or sales assistance experience necessary - Experience with the export and import of products - Customer communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, suppliers and customers - Language skills: English business fluent, good knowledge of German and Japanese skills very welcome - Excellent communication and organizational skills
