Qualifikationen:
- Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in the premium or luxury sector
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in developing and motivating teams
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
- A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and the ability to implement innovative concepts successfully
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
- High willingness to travel
