Requirements: university degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in chemistry, organic/polymer chemistry, material sciences, or similar; basic understanding of synthetic chemistry, reaction mechanism, structural analysis and functional physicochemical properties; very good interpersonal and communication skills; in particular, the ability to effectively work in collaborative research efforts; an independent, target- and solution-driven work attitude; inter- and multidisciplinary thinking; strong motivation; fluency in English - written and oral.
