You will find your solutions and accompany the entire production cycle. - Coordination and monitoring of initiatives and projects within the Systems BU to consistently improve the business processes and reduce costs of quality - Monitor the strategic quality objectives for the business unit and the global operations organization and report the defined metrics. Support the managers and teams with the right methods to solve problems and consistently improve the quality of processes and results. - Support and drive activities to establish a «Quality First» mindset in all parts of the organization - Enhancement of the quality assurance system, with focus on operations and cross-functional processes. - Support of all functional areas in quality assurance tasks using quality methods and procedures, including FMEA moderation and 8D analyses - Lead and develop the local quality team and work actively in the global quality team - Support best practice sharing initiatives locally and globally - Contact person for customers, suppliers and employees on product quality-related topics
