- Work closely with project managers to collect and consolidate project data for reporting purposes - Monitor project performance, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs - Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities and communicate them to stakeholders - Track and report on project risks, issues, and mitigation plans - Provide cost reports and financial summaries for stakeholders and decision-makers - Ensure reports are tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, from detailed technical reports to executive summaries - Ensure that all reporting complies with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and project guidelines - Lead the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
