- Define manufacturing process and give tools to production to control and maintain the process - Manage continuous improvement actions in close relation with production, maintenance, engineering, development and quality departments - Participate in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program - Develop and implement new processes for future products - Report directly to Line Managers Profile: - Master degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) - Practice of LEAN manufacturing is appreciated - Ability to work autonomously - Hands-on mentality - Flexible and rigorous work approach - Strong communication skills - You are fluent in English, French an German ar big plus
