- Bachelor's degree in Procurement or related field/Business Administration - 2 - 5 years working experience in Procurement. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus - Result driven, pro-active, and autonomous - Strong execution and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion - Organized, committed, and working well under pressure - Positive attitude and robust customer service orientation - Team player with very good communication skills and a positive mindset. - Able to think critically and challenge the status-quo to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills toward solutions - Excellent analytical skills, highly reliable and a distinct aptitude to work accurately - Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP MM, eSourcing, Procurement Suites - Uphold a high standard of integrity and intercultural competency
